CSP proposes to rebuild and restore the outdoor plaza on the west side of the property and to create a new building to  open onto the park. CSP will provide an ongoing financial subsidy of 50,000 per year over a 5-year period to the Park Planners' Office as a reimbursement for the costs of maintaining the plaza.
